Picoletta is mini traditional style large purse with a mobile phone holder and detachable fully adjustable strap, so it can be used as a clutch, shoulder or crossbody bag.

This is a textured leather on the outside, with a very hard wearing black faux leather on the inside to cope with a door and or car key that will inevitably end up there.

The main purse compartment has a gold coloured metal zip with a chunky puller for a touch of class as well as ease of use. The mobile phone pocket has a strong popper to make sure that it stays there and stop any sticky fingers getting at it.

Inside, there is a variety of pockets, there are two large areas for bank notes along with eight debit or credit card holders. There is a zipped compartment on the centre for any coins or possibly a key and three non-zipped areas. All in all quite a bit of storage for a small bag.

The approximate outer dimensions of the bag are based on image one width 11cm, Height 20cm and total depth with phone compartment 5cm.

On the inside, the usable width of the compartments where the sides fold in is 13.5cm with a depth of 9cm to the outer zip. The phone in the images has with the cover on a width of 7.5cm, a height of 15cm and depth if 1cm. You would get a slightly larger phone in as you can see from the images.

The shoulder strap is detachable, and is fully adjustable via the gold-coloured metal sliding buckle which gives an end of clip to end of clip length of approximately 125cm down to 69cm and a strap to bag drop of approximately 62cm to 32cm, so should cover wherever you want the bag to sit on you.

Due to the bags being handmade, you will find the human touch and each bag is unique in some small way. If you want a perfectly identical item then handmade is not for you, or the bag would be a lot more expensive.

The factories will try to get the most amount of bags from a hide to reduce the wastage and keep the overall cost down, as a result you may find variations in colour, softness, and the grain of the leather, as they are prepared using traditional Florentine techniques. These variations are characteristics of traditional Italian manufacturing, and are a renowned feature of authentic real leather, it is what most people want with a handmade leather product something a bit unique, even if it in on a small bit.

Most bags will come with a stamp and/or label saying Vera Pelle or Borse in Pelle, translated, this means Real or Genuine Leather, and Leather Bag or Handbag.

Some bags may come with a faint smell that is not the leather, this will be either due to the tanning of the leather, or more usually glue, a lot of bags are glued and stitched to give extra strength and longevity, this is normal and will wear off quickly.
